Slack complaint: Edu Subscriptions approved / declined randomly

My complaint:

I have several slack spaces that were used to facilitate higher ed courses throughout the pandemic, and I now need to re-gain access to them (they were free subscription spaces, so content access has expired and requires an upgrade to re-gain access). I applied for edu licenses for these spaces, and the first application (space) was approved without any issues, the remaining EXACTLY IDENTICAL applications (spaces were declined with a request for more documentation of the same information already provided in the original application). Now, most requests are just closed (without even notifying me). I find this really ridiculous and look at it as either a scheme to force me to pay full subscriptions even though I qualify for edu, or simply complete incompetence, where exactly identical support requests receive different outcomes at random. Really disappointed!

Suggested solution:

when I have access to all the slack spaces I had applied for under an edu subscription.
