My complaint:
just after I gave them money thy locked me out of my account and because I can’t get my account back with my phone number and the form is so hard I can’t answer the questions they ask. These heartless has taken my account away for good and I done nothing wrong.They are unfair because they don’t give me the chance to retrieve my account.
Suggested solution:
give me away to get my account back that is fair not a phone number that no longer active or a bunch of questions I can't answer.
