My complaint:
I would like to complain regarding the programs recording system. This has happened more than once to me on certain programs that might over-run and the ending is missing. Last night I recorded the DP World tour golf as I was out during the day. I sat up until 1-30 watching the recorded program, it was getting very tense towards the last few holes, AND guess what the recording JUST STOPPED.
Why am I paying SO much for the privilege to record programs then cannot see the end.
I had to watch the final on Ytube this morning to find out who won!!
This is totally unacceptable and appreciate you to sort this out.

Suggested solution:
Lots of programs I watch can run over Like snooker games, Golf games if they have a play off.
As mentioned I missed the final games in the DP golf tournament which is a very prestige's BMW game at Wentworth.......
