My complaint:

As frequent users of your company we had never had a problem with any driver until JULY122. The instructions say push 309 buzzer and leave outside apartment door. When the order came i saw the driver leaving it in the lobby. I used the intercom to tell him to bring it up to the apartment. When he arrived at the door he called me stupid and was rude.

We do not want him delivering our food anymore.

Suggested solution:

Hire people who know how to follow instructions and not be rude to customers.
