My complaint:
I ordered breakfast for me and my children. The app did not ask to an address, so i naturally assumed that it was using location services to direct my order to my location. Instead, the app select a random address in an entirely different city and delivered it there.
I tried to use the text function to resolve the issue but simply got told sorry the order was delivered so we cant help you. Without an address ation request bhilt into the app, it is at no fault of my own that this happened. As far as i am concerned, due to a flaw in the app, skip the dishes has just robbed me. This is theft and it is not acceptable.
Suggested solution:
Refund or reorder and ship to the correct address.
same happen to me refund or reorder this is theft and then you want to refund in credits!!!!
