My complaint:
2 weeks ago I ordered food from SkipTheDishes and the food never came. 3 hours after ordering, I had to pick the food myself as the restaurant was close to my house. I have received a call from them apologizing and saying that I would be given I credit (points) on my account and that my $52 quis be returned to my account. I have received the credit in the account equivalent to $10 but never received my $52 back.
Suggested solution:
Return my money to my account as you never did what I have paid for.
