My complaint:
Driver said my suite number wasn’t on the order when it was, same address I always use and never have issues with. I did not receive my pizza. They will not issue a refund as there is a “large amount of returns” on my file. I can think of 2, one where they forgot half my order, and one where they gave me meat and cheese in a vegan pizza. When asked how many complaints were in my file they said they could not disclose this information. When I asked how many complaints are allowed over what time span as I’ve had the app many years. Again, could not disclose that information. I’ve emailed support and it’s been a week of no reply, no refund and NO PIZZA. There should not be a max amount of complaints. If they have to set that, that goes to show how bad their business is.
Suggested solution:
Refund me! It’s not my fault their driver couldn’t figure out the suite number that was written in the address.
