My complaint:
I placed an order and didn’t receive a item which was a slurpee in this case. I get charged 3.00 for delivery and I gave 4.69 for a tip. Yet at know given point is anyone seem to be responsible for this. (No one saying nothing) would you like to be ignored when you pay for something. Totally unexpectible.
I’m pist off because the order before this one , I didn’t receive a salad , yet I tip again.
What is your procedure here ? My day , item was missed , the driver went back and got the item period.
Suggested solution:
The driver should be made to deliver the missing item .. I paid 8 dollars for delivery. Do you guys have no shame?
