My complaint:

I received the wrong food. Skip the dishes refused to do anything about it. I was charged full amount. I contacted the restaurant and they notified me that Skip the dishes had withdrew money from them concerning the order. The restaurant made it right for me and my family to keep us as regular customers. So myself and the restaurant are out and Skip the dishes got paid twice. Thank you Wendy’s in Barrhaven

Suggested solution:

I used this service due to fact it was raining and 12th straight day of work. They should have picked up the correct order and delivered it. Instead they got paid twice.
