My complaint:
I order through skip … I was tracking my order … once it was about to delivered .. I was there keeps on checking … and all of sudden it showed delivered … and I couldn’t find any order … I checked everywhere… this is such ridiculous.. it happened to me twice … I think this is not a part of good customer service … I got totally pissed off … and it was so hot out there …
Suggested solution:
I would say off course you have to refund me … and get me a gift voucher … and let your courier man knows how to do their job
