My complaint:
first order 3025687663 buco, notice came at 929 driver dropped off food. I contacted chat and resolved nothing took over 30 minutes with huge gaps in between, and operator left
I was starving
order different place by now first choice was closed
302594475, placed order 1115 courier dropped off food, go to door , no food again, I originally ordered my supper at 9 pm, now its midnight, back to chat , no one even responded, message just said we see your previous complaint and are still working on it?
Suggested solution:
I want a full credit inc tax , driver tip, delivery fee from both issues on to the credit card used, no skip credits. What should happen to compensate me for having no dinner?
This is appalling service and handling of mistakes and a 1 out of 10 for your chat service
