My complaint:
I worked for this company for almost two years and was harrassed constantly by management, called a liar, stalked by management, and paid next to nothing, or at all. To date I am still owed my last four weeks of wages but they are refusing to pay me. I believe half of the routes are in management’s name or family members names, plus all complaints are fielded through them, so who ensures they are doing their job or are they just reaping the benefits? To me it seems extremely shady.
Suggested solution:
My desired solution would be for my wages to be correctly paid to me for the work that I did do and the owner really needs to ensure nothing shady is going on behind his back.
