My complaint:
I ordered a handbag in good faith that was pictured on their site. The bag that I received is nothing like what I ordered and was ed to me when I purchased it. They substituted a bag that has the wrong color fake leather and is not dark green fabric and made of or plastic or fake leather and the bag smells. It was sent to
Me in a flat parcel that creased the bag. I contacted the company as soon ago received it and followed up several times with “customer Service” to no avail. I keep getting a bit response that asks me for the same description and photos that I have sent 3 times now.
Suggested solution:
They can refund my purchase and send me a pre-paid mailing label if they would like for me to return their merchandise.
