My Name Is Amy Elizabeth King. Myself and My Fiancee Leased A Vehicle On 312019.
A 2004 GMC ENVOY From
Shirleys Auto Sale’s

Hurt, Virginia 24563.
Total Price On Vehicle $3,000.00, We Made A Down Payment Of $1.500.00. Also, At The Time My Fiancee and Owners Of Business Made A Agreement On $100.00 A Week Until Paid For. Sometime In March They Contacted Me and Said That The Vehicle Was In My Name and I Was Responsable and Was Responsable For The Payments, On Vehicle. So The Agreement Was That I Would Pay $200.00 A Month, But No Set Day Just Monthly. On 4142019 We Made A Payment Of $92.00, Reason For Not Full Payment Fiancee Work Was Slow That Week, So We Put What We Could, Which Brought Vehicle Total Down To $2,808.00. There Still Was No Set Day Put In Place. On 5202019 The Owner’s Of Shirley’s Auto Sales Came To My Fiancee Job Which Is Private Property To Repo The Vehicle Which Had All Our Belongings In The Vehicle. When Fiancee Called Me To Ask Where Vehicle Was We Knew What Had Happened. So My Fiancee Mother, Took Me To The Company To See What Was Going On. My Mother-in-law Spoke With Ted Stone, and Demanded The Vehicle, He Said Repo Man Had It and Than She Asked For It To Be Brought To Dealership So We Could Get Our Belongings Out The Vehicle. Well In The Process Of Get The Stuff, My Mother-in-law Tried To Make and Agreement To Get Vehicle Back. He Said We Would Have To Speak To Mrs Shirley Stone To Get Vehicle Back. We Were Going To Make A Payment Today. So My Mother In Law Spoke With Mrs Shirley While I Was Cleaning The Vehicle Out. She Told My Mother In Law That We Came Back At 4:30 pm With Money and Correct Private Information We Would Make Agreement On Vehicle and The Payments and Getting It Back. Well, At 4:30 We Were There and Mrs Shirley, Stated She Spoke With Her Partner and He Decided That He Needed $1,400.00 In Order To Get The Vehicle Back. Shirley Refused To Give Us The Name OF Her Partner That Decided In This Matter. Well Mrs Shirley Stone, Showed Records Of Vehicle and Payments, She Said We Were Behind On Payment Which We Were Not Behind On Payment. We Still Had 10 Days Left In The Month Before The Payment Would Be Behind. We Spoke Up and Said We Have $200.00 Here For The Payment That They Claim We Were Behind. They Refused The Payment, and Still Demanded The $1,200.00 To Get The Vehicle Back. But They Agree There Was No Set Date On Payment Just That It Was Supposed To Be Monthly. Thats When Thry Came And Said I Was Responsable For The Vehicle. That Was My Ride Back and Forth To Doctors and Fiancee To Work To Provide For Family. They Refuse To Let Us Get The Vehicle Back. We Had The Cash To Make The Payment They Refused Payment. and Wanted $1,400.00 To Get The Vehicle Back.
Suggested solution:
I Don\\\'t Think It\\\'s Right That This Can Be Done Like This, We Not A Faught For This and We Having To Suffer Without Our Vehicle. There Should Be Something More We Can Do To Resolve This Issue and Get Back Our Vehicle. Also To Let Them They Can\\\'t Do This Kind Of Stuff To The People Its Not Right. I Would LIke To Know What I Can Do About This, To Get My Vehicle Back?
