My complaint:
When pumping gas, the gas pump did not stop when the tank was full. The pump spilled gas on my car and down the road. A witness stopped the pump and assisted in cutting off the gas. I was told I would receive a phone call regarding this incident but did not. I have witnesses and a video of the incident.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursed $48.66 worth of gas spilled out of the pump and tank.
