My complaint:
I have subscribed to a free 4 weeks trial course on Shaw Academy. After two weeks they took 99 GBP from my account. Immediatly after I wrote that it was 4 weeks free trial. They continue writing back to me extending promotions for longer and longer periods. I want them to delete my profile and they won’t do it. I don’t know how to protect my PayPal account from any future payments to this scam.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund and cancelletion of my account and all my data.
