My complaint:

I accidentally made a payment that was not properly advertised and it didn’t leave me any option to before I made the payment. Now I asked for a refund and Shaw academy says that they won’t refund me, as for them it was very clear.
They keep sending notifications and if you’re not careful and click by mistake they take money from you and there’s no option to before actually paying. I think that is very unfair, especially as they advertise Shaw academy as a platform to learn in an affordable way, but really they just try anything to get money from you.

Suggested solution:

I would like to get a full refund, since I didn't even downloaded the material I paid for.
