My complaint:
The fan had to be replaced, they replaced the magnetron for the microwave , now the turntable won’t work. During a repair call the technician shorted out the entire machine by working on it while plugged in. This took days for this to get fixed. A technician said it was installed and would not correct it. It was a Sharp vendor who installed it and damaged my cabinet above the oven. They just canceled my latest service call and did not notify me. They refuse to let me talk with a supervisor now. We have had this unit for two months and it’s only worked 5 times. Wasted another hour on the phone with the service center. I know they have my file flagged as a problem customer. You can hear the attitude over the phone. All they do is put you on hold or hang up so you must start this painful process all over again.
Suggested solution:
Replace microwave or better yet, refund me all my money so I can work with a honorable vendor and a quality product.
