Complaint: Wrong product given to me and manager dont wanna exchange item

My complaint:

Last sept 8 i bought an airpods 2 and after a couple of days i felt that it’s battery was draining fast and so brought it back to sharaf on sept 13 and on sept 22 they called me to pick up my item and as i arrived they gave me the product and i noticed it was really dirty and as i was cleaning it i noticed they gave me the wrong airpods. It wasnt mine and tried to gave it back for them to check and they said they made a mistake and gave me the wrong product. I then demanded for a refund or an exchange for the hassle of the whole thing and the “manager” refused to give me the refundexchange they just kept saying they are “sorry”. If i hadnt noticed the item wasnt originally mine then i had left with it. Im so frustrated as the “manager” was so arrogant and didn’t want to help with my situation.
