My complaint:
Hello , finally found a place where to report my frustration I hope this doesn’t happens to someone else .
After having contact wit to his company by alibaba , I requested and pay for for shipping of the samples which they sent and it worked perfect (meaning a pool tab lasted 57 days )
We ordered 3 tons , after several delays finally got shipped , once we got it and started to give to our clients , all were coming back complaining that this tabs supposed to last 57 days in a pool will last 34 hours only ! Will melt almost immediately .We started to report this to the QC industries and they admited (I have in writing that was a problem with the machine they had to make it harder )
I requested help. They proposed me to buy more and they will ship the right product… this is something we won’t do after that bad experience with 3 tons already here. They stoped answering en until finally got the email of a manager Ariel Lee, I wrote to him and he requested in order to solve me the problem a Video of the tab which we did and sent .
No solution or response , I kept pressuring until he said they were contracting SGS to make a test and they will send nte the results , they asked me to wait 710 days for that results , I waited 10 days , wrote and wrote until the replied saying the report was ok and they sent me the report . Incredible they sent me a report dated on 2021 (a year earlier ) and they were asking me 10 days as they saying was an actual test , this has been frustrating , im desperate to solve this situation .
