Shandong Napa Auto Parts complaint: Fraud

My complaint:

I payed on 28 sep 2022 still now the company don’t give me the goods or doesn’t return my money I contacted a lot but they are lying and annoying me.

Suggested solution:

After 10 days I want my goods if not I want my money back
