My complaint:
Select home Warranty was requested to cancel home warranties on both of my homes. I first requested as of January 15. 23. They notified me via email will take 14 days to issue. March 4, 23 have not received my refunds. They will not respond to my emails or phone calls. Want my refunds for cancellations effective as of February 1, 23. They will only refund monies from the day they deem the cancellation valid.
Select Home Warranty, did not respond to my claim of December 21, 22 until I sent them 3 HVAC proposals to replace the heat my unit. They did not send any contractors to review the unit for their diagnostic opinion. I was without heat for 30 plus days, until I gave the go ahead to Elevated Comfort to install a new heat pump unit. I have hard copies of all emails from day 1 until now. I don’t know how to transfrer from email to pc. I will get help to do.
Suggested solution:
I want cancellation refunds Effective from 2123 for both of my homes. Refunds on based on the day homes were covered. I requested cancellations of this contractors 2123.
