My complaint:

Clerk DF2047 was very rude and caused a lot of emotional trauma to my mother on this day, 932019. The clerk decided to argue with my mother about her address and didn’t even double check her license specifications, i.e. weight etc. There were also other customers in line complaining of their information being incorrectly submitted into the system and having to pay for another new driver’s license. One even walked out upset because they would not fix their mistakes.

Clerk DF4820, on 7302019, refused to put my mother’s mailing address in properly. This clerk had it mailed to my mother’s physical address. Then, the clerk at the Houstonia Post Office, returned her licence because the address was not our P.O. Box. (I’ve recently reported her for returning our mail many times as well.) My parents are on a fixed income. The license office is 20-30 miles away from where they live. They can not keep affording to pay for new driver’s licenses and gas to get back and forth. The mistake was not on my mother, she needs refunded at least for the first driver’s license, which was not received.

Suggested solution:

I believe the clerks at the license office need to be investigated on how many people are having to apply for multiple licenses due to their mistakes. I also believe that the Houstonia Post Office clerk, needs to be fired for constantly returning our mail.
