My complaint:
We checked in to the Seahaven Beach Resort after booking it through hotels.com. On their website, they claimed to have free breakfast and from what I chose online, my room was supposed to have a full refridgerator, a king bed and two bunk beds. When we arrived, the place was an absolute disaster. We got a tiny fridge, a microwave and two small beds. The fridge and microwave did not work and the air froze, causing us to have to turn it off and on repeatedly. The grounds were disgusting. The plumbing was backed up and the front desk clerks were rude. I was promised a ten percent refund for ensuing this nightmare and this never happened. Not to mention there was no restaurant at all.
Suggested solution:
They should refund part or all of my money as they promised. Their website portrays a wonderful environment. It was like being promised a diamond ring and receiving a pop top ring instead. The rates were very high.
