Sea Breeze Inn - San Simeon complaint: Bed Bugs!

My complaint:

I woke up with bed bug bites. We caught one on the pillow and took it down to the front desk and they refuse to refund me my money. It was the least that they could do.

Suggested solution:

I need a full refund!
