My complaint:

Bad experience from the start as the car I went to see after a 4 hour journey I was told it was sold which was incorrect as I found out the following day by another member of staff there! I was sold a car that wasn’t what I went to purchase! I left a deposit which I still haven’t got back after 10 days of parting with it. The customer service is horrific once you put a deposit down as after that you don’t know what is going on with the car you are trying to purchase. I’ve chased up by email and numerous phone calls but still no refund of my deposit. Stay clear of this company, I’m in the process of contacting the FOS and FCA.
