My complaint:
The night manage named Katie has been very rude to her cashier named kristen.not wanting to come upfront to help the cashier out then when she did get up there she was very hateful to the cashier.this has happened more than once.i don’t think a teenager should be running the store at night.
Suggested solution:
I think the Katie girl should get demoted down or fired.
