Save A Lot complaint: Rude Mouthy manager

My complaint:

There was two long lines that didn’t move all that fast. I kept noticing the casheer in the line I was in was texting on his personal phone every chance he was able to get frequently holding up the line while we waited for him to finish. It was finally my turn and he had scanned my purchases and immediately took the opportunity to once again text. This again was stopping the line and my ability to in a timely mannor pay for my items and leave. I finally said you can do that on your own time. He got mouthy and said something smart like you can hold on it’s my kids. I said that is not relevant to my purchases and he again said you can wait! I was furious and said you need to watch your mouth. Ha said you can wait a few seconds, and finished by saying see you had to wait! I finished my purchase and walked over to the security and asked for the manager, and thay pointed to the same person who was just causing this entire insodent. I ly left as I saw that this whole insodent was not goingt o be resolver with such poor representation of this store being provided by such an idiot

Suggested solution:

Remove the manager from his position and fire him. He has no business deaking with the public. He has no customer service skills what so ever.
