My complaint:
I asked to speak to the manager about spoiled hamburger meat at the store and he told me that they didn’t sell wrapped patties, I tried to explain to him and he walked off. He refused to give me his name or the corporate office number and yelled at me to get out and don’t come back.
I don’t know where he was trained but he definitely doesn’t uphold the standards and reputation of Savalot stores. He needs to be removed from this store because he definitely has a problem dealing in a professional manner with people of color.
Suggested solution:
Get his racist and unprofessional behind out of that store, he even treat the employees as if they are beneath him. The lines are constantly long and slow , something that I usually don\'t see in other locations.
