My complaint:
To the complaint Supervisors,
This situation took place in the evening around between 8:30PM to 9:00 PM Saturday 23,2024
I had bought some items pertaining as in Pampers, Child milk called Nido, two bags of cotton candy and a pack of water. I paid with a snap card. after stepping out of the store I realized that the card wasn’t in my purse so I immediately went back to the store. I tried to let the employees were screaming , laughing and the guard was making smerk facial gesters , but they kept ignoring and the doors were close and it wasn’t even 9:oo PM yet. They keep screaming that the store was to close and they were all there not working but joking around. All I wanted was to let them about my card so I knock again and the Blond heavy in her late 35’s to early 40’s,set one caucation female employees women and an afro American security guard also in his early 40. started taking pictures and calling me the F word . I was with my 8 year old child. What I was so surprised is that I have never been treated so rude with my child witnessing this. I am Latino and an American citizen, it is so sad that you have that type of employees. I hope you see fit that this does not happen to anyone no matter what race. This is a latino area and we the community do not see fit that this treatment does not happen again, I do have pictures. I would appreciate some note of concern thank you. I
