My complaint:
On August 10, 2021 at 12:05 p.m., I completed my shopping at the above location. When I went to check out, the cashier, a female associate, she said was closed for service, therefore I went to the next cashier, a male associate. When the cashier was processing my purchased, the female cashier, several shoppers came to her station, she did not turn them away immediately after she refused my service. This is not an isolated incident dealing with this cashier. She’s refused or in an austere presentation of certain customers. I’ve been a customer of Save-A-Lot since 1994. This is the first time that I’ve deal with racism. She is a blonde young lady, mid to late thirties. I don’t have a photo for proof. I don’t think I continue shopping a Save-A-Lot.
Suggested solution:
I really can't can say. I don't want to use anyone's job. It's just need to addressing. It's not the Corporations, it's the hourly employees.
