My complaint:
Went to the Save-A-Lot store on Cleveland Avenue Fort Myers Florida upon their witness poor customer service with a young lady this young lady has been spotted often with this type of behavior this young lady had customers waiting for her in the line and when one worker politely told her that she had customers in her waiting line she preceded by Rolling her eyes then continues on Stocking whatever she was doing I want to say drinks but then again the young lady that works there told her again you have customers at your register she then proceeded to come up there with foul language and with a very nasty attitude I’ve been asked the young lady that witness this as well that works there what’s her register open she then said yes I did went into her line this young lady is very nasty towards customers and does not need to work there I think for my understanding she goes by the name of Wendy
Suggested solution:
She should not be working there and I'm quite sure this is not the first complaint with this young lady who goes by the name of Wendy
