My complaint:
When fibre installer installed fibre to our home he did damages to the out side conduits. This lead to a water issue in our power box , when warm weather arrived. The end result was water in the power box caused a failure to a number of circuit breakers. Repairs were done for a 800.00 plus bill. This could have resulted in a fire in the home.. After repeated calls to sasktel, the sasktel employee (Cathy), was just giving me the run around. pics were included.

Covered the damages from poor workman ship
