My complaint:
This is the worse motel there is. The people that work here don’t care about anyone but themselves. The jacuzzi rooms are supposed to be nice but it’s not. They don’t clean it. I can count on two hands how many bugs Ive seen. Then I saw the biggest spider in the damn room and the man said “oh we can’t do nothing about it because there are so many holes in the walls.” First off you can patch up holes secondly the spider look like it’s been living there for months. Then the jacuzzi was dirty. Once it got full I turned the power on then turned it off and you could see all the dirt coming out of it. Which means that’s other people’s dirt. Idk what they got! This is by far the nastiest motel I’ve seen. If you do decide to go there DO NOT GET A JACUZZI ROOM. Get a regular room! And they tell you they can’t give refunds. Well look I’m finna report y’all to the state and let’s see where you go from there
Suggested solution:
I feel as if they took my money they could give it right back to me. Also they should patch up the holes they have in the rooms. And properly clean the room especially the jacuzzi rooms. They need to deep clean those tubs. Also have better customer service!
