My complaint:
I ordered x2 32gb micro sd cards and yet I only received x1 of them. I have emailed sandisk time and time again and I am no further forward in getting my problem resolved. Customer service is a complete joke they just keep saying that my complaint is being investigated and that’s all I get, it’s been nearly two weeks now.
Basically they have stolen my money because they only sent me x1 sd card NOT x2, I am absolutely furious about it!
Suggested solution:
Send me on my 32GB micro sd card I am owed plus some sort of compensation other than a crappy discount, not interested in that!
