My complaint:
– not working television
– uncleaned surroundings
– broken windows appliances (crack glasses)
– inactive staff because they are unapproachable
– noisy environment
Suggested solution:
they must clean the surroundings since thats a beach, also they need to check the rooms if there’s a broken window or any appliances. The staff must be approachably and friendly. The environment must be peaceful and relaxing not noisy
