My complaint:
August of 2018 the property in which I live was purchased By a Tate lamb and a real estate lawyer named *** the moment they took over the property has been nothing but a nightmare ever since I can start by saying that they illegally gave everyone in the in the camp ground evection notices and in return all they did was triple the rent and move new people and they have not maintained our washrooms or our yards or our driveways properly whatsoever they bullied and stole from other residents and only three of us are left that have fought it since they took over him but are being harassed by them to to this day because they want me to pay more than 550 which is my rent they want me to pay more …. New residents that have moved in to the campground are paying on average about $1100-$1700 a month plus the Internet which we don’t even have most the time they have had vehicles towed off the property that were insured and they had no right to do so they are surveillance thing us on security cameras that are pointed directly at some of our windows and are very ignorant when we correspond and try and

My desired solution would be of this that *** are definitely looked into on what they’re doing is legal or illegal as well as them to be fined if not correcting their poor caretaking and management of Sage Valley RV resort in Lake country British Columbia And for them to stop harassing us tenants and let us enjoy our place and our homes peacefully
