My complaint:
I have transferred $42,000 CAD to Safepal and conducted some trades using their platform. I have decided I want to withdraw my funds to my external wallet and return the cash to my bank account.
I am being informed I must pay a 10% Gas fee to restore my credit score before I will be permitted to withdraw the funds from Safepal.
Suggested solution:
I want to have my funds returned to me less the known 1.5% handling fee
