RushCard complaint: Unfair dispute process

My complaint:

About a month ago, my card was compromised. Someone spent over $300 on Google transactions. I immediately called and disputed it and was sent a new card. While on the call with the rep, they explained to me that if any other transactions were pending, they would go through after i activate the new card,, then I would have to dispute those charges. I waited 10 business day before my money was refunded to me. Then I got the new card, activated it and low and behold, several more transactions popped up on July 2nd. Leaving my account -820!!!!! I immediately called back to dispute these new charges. Waited another 10 business days, but still no refund!!! So I called customer service to see what the hold up was. They told me the determined there was no error!!!! And if I want to appeal the decision I would have to write letter!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on!!!! I was not the one who made $820 in purchases at Walgreens!!! I need my mo ey back!!! All of it!!!
