My complaint:
On November 3 ,2019 sent off for a birth certificate from Hackensack Hospital in New Jersey. Using my rushcard to purchase it . $69.95 was taken off my card. Then I received an email from the hospital that I needed more information . Tried to send it but wouldn’t go threw to we cancelled the . Asked hospital to put the money back on my card. They replied never took it off they said the card was no good. When I called rushcard they said hospital took money.. So I ask rushcard to investigate they said they see where it was not hospital fault and they are not returning my money. Now hospital dosen’t have it I don’t have it. So I don’t have the birth certificate or my money. Now the papers rushcard send me papers you can’t read not one word on them. If there is a spot on here to send pictures of what they sent me I will truly send you pictures. Spoke to someone from rushcard and they said my money was taken off my card. They refuse to put it back on.
Suggested solution:
Put my money back on my card. And if I can send you pictures of their paper work you would see they have my money
