My complaint:
I had recognized money being taken from my account $6 and then $0.56 I call RushCard to get a new card register my card lost stolen or damaged because I do not know the number my old phone number when I set the card account up I cannot access the account to get my new card I have money going to the account every month that I cannot access they need to have us another secure way of getting find out who is the owner of the count besides just the old phone number just over 7 years old
Suggested solution:
They should have a security question to to prove you're the owner of the account is if you forgotten certain information
