My complaint:
On 620 My 17yr old applied for a RushCard, We submitted the required documents for a minor numerous times by fax and email. We received ation each time submitted the documents with the promise to send the card in 2 business days. It’s been a month and she still has not received her card. We have spoken to several agents in regards to this complaint and asked for a supervisor were hung up on or chat was ended after giving instructions to submit the same documents. I’ve been a RushCard member since 2007 and I’m not happy about how my daughter is getting the run around. I need a resolution ASAP
