My complaint:
I have been with Rushcard for 3 years. Lately, my direct deposit has been posted at much later times then usual. It has always posted between 11:32 am EST and 11:48 EST. AGAIN, today, it is now 12:03 and STILL HAS NOT POSTED. I am a disabled man and totally depend on my funds to be posted at the normal(same) time monthly so I can pay my home care worker. Where is my money?
Suggested solution:
Post my funds. This is my retirement funds from employer( I RECIEVED a notice from Chrysler that funds have been direct deposited) but still not even pending according to Rush. Plz post my retirement!
