My complaint:
Have been waiting for my winnings of $400 that I withdrew on the 14/03/2023.The 1st week I made enquiries as to where were my winnings the casino Ruby fortune tell me it’s with operations department awaiting for approval to deposit to my account.
The 2nd week I still don’t see my winnings and the casino ask me to send documents to verify me.Thats the 3rd time I’ve sent documents to verify me.Now they tell me my account has been closed and I still haven’t received any of my winnings.where is my $400 that I withdrew on the 14/03/2023 please

By putting my withdrawal winnings of $400 into my nominated account that I use regularly
