My complaint:
A family member had to be in barbourville and had a early pick up. R tec was really late picking this person up. Called several times and they told family member they would be there on time and lied made them late for dr. This is ridiculous they had to reschedule their appointment cause of rtec being late. They are getting as bad as venture cab now. Both businesses need to be shut down.
Suggested solution:
They need to be shut down. Lie to people. Not coming on time to take to dr. Hire enough people to where they actually get them to their dr. on time.
