My complaint:
I bought a used car (TOYOTA PRIUS 2006 – Registration : DU56AYZ) from a company called Royston Car Commercial Ltd on 27 September 2018 for the total price of £2.850.00.
Last week, I was a victim of theft from my car. And when I made a claim to my insurance company, they told me that they would not repair my car because it was registered as a rightoff and as a result lost its value.
During the sale, the company hid this information from me and gave me false information about the car. Had I known the car was a rightoff, I would have never bought it and paid that sum of money for it, as I was told by the insurance company engineer that its value was around £1000.
I called them and discussed the matter with them to try and resolve it amicably, but they refused, and told me that they gave me that information which they did not. And even told me that I could take legal action if I want to.
I want my money back from them and return the car back to them on the basis of deception and illegal practice.
They gave me two documents after the sale which are the used car invoice and the used car warranty. None of them stated that the car was a rightoff.

I want to warn everybody that intend to purchase a used car. Do not buy your car from Royston Car Commercial Ltd in Hayes because they are a doggy company. They will mislead you,deceive you and lie to you. I bought a Toyota Prius 2006 from them last year.
