My complaint:
On April 2nd T approximately 2:15. PM placed an online order for a 12 piece chicken which consists of 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 legs and 3 wings. Told the order would be ready at 2:37 PM. My husband was given a bag with 3 candy bars and a soda. He said this is not my order.I ordered a 12 piece chicken. He was handed a bag of chicken. He asked how many breasts were in the bag. He was told one that Door Dash had taken all the breasts. They replaced the 2 missing breasts with 2 thighs. We paid for breasts not thighs. My husband said that is not what the 12 piece consists of. He said he did not want the order. The girl told him there are no refunds on online orders. Want made it worse was we were having company for dinner.

A refund or 2 free breasts
