My complaint:
When booking an appointment at a certain time, I would be great to be seen at or around that time instead of an hour and a half after my appointment time. (Nagib) it’s absolutely ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
Not so much the Superclinic, because it’s a lovely place and the staff are amazing people. Nagib, though. He’s ridiculous. I’m not too sure how he’s even still there. Maybe he should call people and let them know that he’s running an hour or so behind and to come down an hour later. I didn’t have the time to wait for nearly 2 hours today. It was a joke.
