My complaint:
I ordered 2 chicken grilled wraps when me and my boy friend went to eat them they tasted like rubber myself and my boyfriend didn’t feel right after eating half of the wrap so I went to complain they left me waiting for 10 min still didn’t do anything I requested my money back they told us not to cone back I was outraged at how poorly the staff were to us very bad customer service my boyfriend starter throwing up I told the manager she said she doesn’t care that were barred in very disgusted
Suggested solution:
We want a health and safety inspector to come in and examine every so often I have heard a lot of bad complaints about there chicken I think there not cooking to the right standards it only 2 min max for us to be handed the wraps
