My complaint:
Had no heat in room, froze my butt. Floor was filthy, cleaned the floor the best I could, with a towel in my suitcase. Towel was so filthy, I threw it away. Front guest gave me some lame excuse mop can’t get it clean because of seems. There are no seems, Facebook floor
Suggested solution:
There changing me to another room, asked if I could do stairs, which I can't, sincei am handicapped, so I have to wait for a bottom floor room to open up. I should not be charged for my 1st night here.
